I think that with the 35 you will need to run a spacer of 15mm to clear.
Tire I think you can do 215 or 225 -
im running ESM 17" wheels with +25 offset.
rear has 235x40 on gc coilovers (350/500) w/no rubin...no spacers.3 pedal club

ESM 001 - 16x8 - no spacers, GC coilovers with set to mid-height
225/45/16 (should have done 225/40/16)
anyways, had massive rubbing until I pulled/rolled the fenders
