    Measure it yourself.
    Center of the wheel's hub, to the inside rim.

          I wasn't really clear tbh.

          Measure your wheel's width(in your case, 6.5inch).
          Divide that by 2. That is the center of your wheel(x).

          Now measure the back of your wheel's hub to the edge of the inside rim(y).

          x - y = offset.

          1inch = 24.5mm

                sometimes called backspace, for practicality the dimension will be a function of the measured distance between the outside of the rim lips. a rim officially sized 6.5" will normally measure at least 7" and maybe more. when you measure the distance from the mounting surface of the hub (most easily done with the wheel resting on concrete outside up) to the rim the only point to measure to is the outside of the rim.

                forget the claimed spec of the rim, measure the width outside-to-outside and use metric system for all measurements. since it is conceivable the rim thickness varies inside/outside your measurements could be +/- as much as 3mm.
