14" weave centercap.... Repairable?

So, due to my carelessness, I broke one of the locking tabs off on my 14" weave cap. Is this piece replaceable, and if so, where does one go about gettting that part? Rest of the cap is in good condition, would be a shame to shitcan it due to this little problem I created....

I've always used crazy glue and baking powder to repair plastic parts...dribble some glue and then follow it with the powder...home made plastic
