What do you think of these wheels?

I have the opportunity to buy these.

Seller says they are Racing Hart Type-C Wheels. 3 Peice. 17x7 I believe.

What do you guys think? What would you guys say is the price point for these?

Says they may need to be re-oringed, no caps, and have curbage on two rims.

What is a fair price you would say?
And do you think they will look decent on an e30?

      Seller wants $200.

What exactly is re-oringed, or to be more exact, why would it need them?

I have had troubles finding o-rings, and I do not know where to look.

Kind of depends on price of orings.

He said that he may be able to find some caps in his shed, but no promises.

I say fill the extra holes with bondo and rattle can them. Should be a huge improvement.

Orings can be replaced with rtv. If he is saying they need to be redone I would think he was experiencing slow leaks. Clean them good and inspect well for cracks or bends as these could also cause leaks, otherwise $200 seems like a deal. Probably a high offset so plan on buying some spacers.

Orings are used to seal the parts of the wheel together, to prevent air from leaking out of the tires.

Example of oring on wheel center, lip removed

If they were for me i'd weld them, mill the excess, and then powder coat them. But i can do pretty much all that in my garage. Most people can't so how about fill the holes with JB weld putty and use Duplicolor wheel paint. Better?
