10mm spacer will be a good fit.

I'd go with 25mm fronts and 30mm rears. That should get you pretty flush with minor rolling.

Why does everything need to be HellaFlush? 10mm spacers will give a GOOD FIT with his 225 Hoosier tires without rubbing/fender issues at all.

I ran 225/50 Hankooks on my 7.5 Ronal LS' and had to run 15mm spacers on my et 25 wheels to clear the brakes. They did not require any fender rolling up front. For the rear i ran 20mm spacers to have them match the fronts. With minor rolling they were great. Far from "Hella Flush" but i don't know why you'd be against a wider track. Its not like the e30 is so short that it would inhibit performance instead of enhancing it. Kev now tracks my old wheels with the same size spacers and loves it.

einstein57 - what brakes are you running? i thought those wheels mount up perfectly to the E30's.
