Help choose tire size!!!

I have a set of 17 alpina reps for my vert and have no clue on what size tires to buy for them...
I dont like stretch and the vert is not going to be very low. For now it will sit on M3 springs.

I have some 235/45/17 tires from other wheels but not shure i they are too big....

Yeah, you'll definitely want to go with something smaller than that. 235/40 tires require fender rolling so 235/45 would be even worse.

235/45 is WAY too tall. 235/40 is still a bit taller than stock but it's a common size for E30 guys who want something meaty. Otherwise, you're pretty much stuck with doing 215/40 which may be a little stretched depending on your wheel width.
