is a set of 4 good for 150? no tire just rims. i forgot is its salad shooter or saw blades.

I wouldn't get them for anymore than $150. Remember, you need adapters and tires still. Adapters will run you $400 for all 4. Tires, obviously depend on what you want. And, whatever you do it's a decently aggressive set up.
