    Techno-weld wheel repair?

    Anyone have experience with this? I recently picked up a set of wheels that need some minor curb repair, and Bondo just doesn't really float my boat. This is the only mention of it I found here;

    Other then the guy in the video being a total idiot, seems like a good product. This type of thing has been around since the 50's in various forms.

      I have used similar product called hts 2000 you cant properly heat anything large/thick with a hand held propane torch. Maybe you could get a thin wheel lip up to temp, but anything thicker than 1/4" inch definitely not. Tig would be the ideal repair for curbed wheels but it cant hurt to try the aluminum style brazing rods. They are mostly zinc and the material is far harder than normal aluminum once applied.
