how do you take out the wheel lug inserts??

    how do you take out the wheel lug inserts??

    i have a set of rikens that are 5x108 with the metal inserts and 5x114 without them. whats the best way to get them out?

              Wouldn't the holes be to big to seat the lugs properly if you removed the inserts? I guess I could understand if they were eccentric inserts and you "spun" them to move the hole more outward, but something seems odd about this. Do you have any close up pics of the inserts?

                  there just regular inserts to make these wheels 5x108

                  fyi :: you can go 8mm either way with inserts
