These are bbs look alike wheels, how common are these?
Seller is asking 400.

They're made by OZ. Not worth $400. They look to be about 15's or so, maybe 7" wide. Worth about $300 at the most.

New they were 400 ish range in 1989. Tirerack used to sell them.

$300 MAX with tires. If it were me, I'd offer $200 and work your way up. But no more than $300.

$250 would have been decent if they had the centercaps. Perfect for a flip, have them stripped, powdercoated and resell them for twice what you paid.
