    Was wondering

Might be a noob question but how flush does 16x8 et23 (e38 style 5) sit on a 1991 318is and/or how many mm spacers would I need to achieve good fitment.

Do you have 5 lug? If not, you will need adapters. 18mm adapters all around looks like this:

They are already re-drilled to 4x100.I am running 205/45/16 all around.Im guessing 15mm will do the trick,

Ahh! Yeah 15mm all round would be pretty flush. I would maybe do 15mm rear and 10 or 12.5 front just to keep the fitment equal front to rear.

Well you're going to need a minimum of 10-12mm in the front just to clear the brakes.
