they are 15x10 all around and i wanna know what size tire would be good on these and how to determine the offset?

i dont think 10s up front will work, too much poke.

to calculate offset, measure overall wheel width and divide by two. then lay the wheel face down, put a straight edge across the back and measure down to the mounting face. then take your first figure from this measurement to get your offset.

edit- also remember to convert to millimetres

Im going to be running 16x9 +12mm final offset.
