    New to me wheels, Opinions?

Just got these wheels. 15x7, not sure about any other specs. Have all 4 centercaps with the wheels too. Tires need to be replaced, I plan on going one size smaller on the sidewalls. Suspension hasn't settled all the way after jacking it up, but I do plan on cutting half a coil/a full coil to get it to sit where I want.

Would probably look good on something not bronzit...

Nah I'm just messing with you. Those look pretty cool. How do they look with the caps on?

They look much better without the caps. And probably if they weren't chrome.

Decided to remove a small bit from my rear springs. I'm quite pleased with the results as of now.
            Started with this

            Chopped to get this

Then said what the hell and did this, yeah that's right, rockin' the caps!

Don't go with smaller tires, it'll look bad. There's no way to make 15's look 'big' on an e30 with smaller sidewalls and i'd only run the stock diameter.

That's what I was thinking, I think these tires are 205/60/15 and my others are 195/60/14. Just seemed a bit balloon styled. After dropping the back some more, makes the tires look a lot better.

I'd use 205/60/15 until they wear out, then maybe drop to 205/55 but no smaller.

IMO meaty 205/50's look great. But for me, a very functional (ie wide, agressive tread pattern, slimmer sidewalls) tire looks great. Those balloon tires make the wheels look stock-sized.

Kind of a crappy pic, but this is also a 15x7, but with 205/50. These tires are a bit wider than your average 205, which I really like.
