Car pulls after installing new wheels?

I switched over to winter wheels today, threw on a set up weaves with snow tires that I had bought on here a while back. Tires have nice tread, and the wheels are in decent shape.

Now the car pulls pretty severely to the right when driving. I wouldn't think I need an alignment after nothing more than a wheel change. Anyone have any thoughts?

There are a few things that you could do to help diagnose this.

First and best thing to do is measure the tread on each tire since they are used and make sure to keep the two best on the front or rear. Key is to keep them together and the other two together.

After that you can rotate the front two from left to right and see if that helps. You may have a tire pull, also check tire pressures. But i would assume that has been done.

If it still does then i am assuming that all the tires are the same size as well...

if it is not those two then you may want to get a alignment or have the road force checked on them.

Do all the wheels weigh the same?
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

Lowered on springs? Mine springs come out of the perches and will pull until they are seated correctly.

Balance the wheels, maybe one wheel is bent.

Let me know if I confuse here... What I am hearing are symptoms of a "radial pull" where a tire is damaged internally causing a pull. Easiest way to diagnose; swap your front tires side to side. If the pull switches directions, in your case now to the left, it's probably a damaged tire. If it now pulls left, rotate straight back an see if the problem is gone.

What is the DOT code on the tires? There should be an 11-12 digit stamp near the bead which will indicate the date of manufacture (among other things). Check the last four digits.

I.e. a DOT code B3DD AX31 1210 the date of manufacture would be the 12th week of 2010. Check your dates, old tires are bad news...
