Ronal Cap Lock bolt - Lost Key

Trying to get my Ronal wheels off but lost the damn key. I managed to get 3 out of four out pretty easily, but the 4th one won't budge. I tried various tools but nothing works. Any ideas? I can't move around legally without winter tires so I can't get to a shop. Furthermore, it's a Ronal wheel, nothing OEM.

Here's what it looks like. It holds the cap in place so I cannot just poke a 20mm socket in there, not enough space anyway.

    Any ideas?

Also: If anyone around Montreal owns Ronal wheels, could I borrow your key? I've tried calling multiple places but to no avail. I could buy from Ebay but I cannot wait a whole week, I need a way to get to work... The bolt must be usable for the next summer as well and I obviously don't want to damage the wheel so I can't torch away...

    Thanks fellas.

What are the screws made out of? Can you tack weld a nut on there?

    Hammer a socket on it?

    Drill and use an extractor?

I have no idea what they are made of, the space between the bolt and the cap is too tight to hammer a socket on it. I don't have access to a welder or an extractor. I guess I'll have to cross my fingers and hope for no cops on my way to the closest shop, which is 6 miles away. Not just the cops, but also the snow/ice all around. Don't wanna r3v the car either...

        Pretty strict out there eh?

We have no such laws here.

Try giving it some taps with a blunt object and maybe trying a set of needle nose pliers?

I tried with nose pliers. That's how I got the first three out. On the fourth, the pliers weren't sturdy enough and would twist/bend. I tried with another pair, same result. I have a circlip tool which is pretty sturdy, but it didn't work either. That blunt object you suggest might just be a freakin' axe... Yep, laws are strict. Dec. 15th - everyone must have winter tires, all the way until March 15th. I'll try some vise grips to stop the pliers from twisting.

          Thanks for you time.

            That sucks.

Try giving it a few taps with something first.

Also if you gave any of those cans of air you use to clean your pc. If turned upside down the freon comes out in frozen form. The fast contraction of the metal might loosen things up.

I tapped it with a flat punch in the middle hole and a hammer, I tapped with a screwdriver. That idea with the compressed air might just work. I don't know how it got so stuck though. I'm the one who put them in last April and all the other ones came out just fine. Maybe it's the metal lock washer that is being a b*tch?

Got the fcker out of there. Locked the axis/joint of another pair of long nose with a vise grip. What a POS. I ordered new ones with 2 spare keys. I should be good now.

                Thanks FLG,
