    restoring rims

    i have done much searching trying to find out how to best restore my rims to oem like. im not sure which route to take so i was wondering if anybody with experience at it could chime in and help out. much appreciado

    Best thing to do is to have them blasted, then powdercoated. But they are bottle cap wheels. And most people toss those out, So you may get lucky and find someone who has a really nice set for cheap.

      could i get a estimate price on the blasting and coating to have an idea so im not bent over?

        Thats your job to call around to get different qoutes. And to pick the best place that you feel comfortable with. But i haven't had to send anything out thats smaller to get blasted since i got one handy. Maybe someone who lives in your area will chime in and guide you to where to go.

          For reference, the place here blasts and powdercoats wheels for $40 a piece. $50 with clear coat over the color.
