Refinish, I have no idea. Mine rusted in the little dimple and I i figured they were a lost cause

I bought a small tumbler from Harbor Freight and drop them in there overnight. The bolts came out like new, but you will need to clear coat them so that they dont rust again.
If you want new stems I have 4 for sale, they are original BBS and brand new:

Tumbler would be cool, but I'm in Japan. As for as stems, have some new ones myself waiting to go on.

That's just his business, in his own personal storage he has over 200 sets of wheels
