I have JOM coilovers running currently. I found a set of wheels and the rears will fit fine, but the fronts are 16x8.5 et56. The adapters are 40mm, so the final offset is 16. Will I be in danger of rubbing my strut housing / spring perch?

You didn't cut off the spring perch for the joms?
You get more adjustability and ease of adjusting that way.
And no, final offset of +16 on and 8.5" won't touch housing.

Needed that asap, pulling the trigger on these then. What offset / width will be in risk of rubbing the strut? Also are you positive, even with -3 degree camber?

You should not rub with et16. Do you know the back spacing? What wheels are they? 16x8.5 would mean you have almost no lip. Are they Porsche/Ferrari fitment?~ Puch Cafe. ~ Do business? feedback ~ Check out my leather company ~
