return the wheels and tires and get the correct size....that's the way it works.

Spacers will do nothing for tires that are too narrow for the wheels. I'm assuming however you meant that the wheels sit too far into the wheel wells. You are going to want hubcentric spacers with a 57.1mm centerbore and a 4x100mm bolt pattern.

If you get non-hubcentric spacers (please don't) you can take care of most of the shake by taking your sweet time and torquing the lugs in sequence in multiple steps. (again please don't)

The only reason I do it is because I get spacers from work for $40 a pair that are non-hubcentric. But really its worth the extra $$ to do it right. I dont even like running spacers period.

How about providing wheel size? Wheel offset? Tire size? Seriously man.

How can you "know" what spacers you want when you're "clueless" about it?

As stated before, get hubcentric (57.1 mm), 4x100 spacers and also get the correct extended lug nuts for your spacers.
