What kind if rims are Ultra rims are these?

Please help, I've been searching and can't figure it out! I can pick them up for 120$ and was wondering if it was worth it. I need a quick reply because I don't want them to slip away.

+1. If you've never seen or heard of these wheels (I haven't either) chances of finding another two are low. Even with popular wheels it can be difficult to get singles or pairs.
