I was going to pick up some 16x8 16x9 staggered esm002r wheels but I can't seem to find tires in 205 40 16 and 215 45 16 that are made by the same manufacture. Just wondering what you guys are running or who makes tires in that size for staggered wheels.

I would run a 205/45 all around, or a 205/45 up front and the 215/45 in back if you want to keep the staggered widths.

205/40 is way way way too short for an e30. 215/40 is okay and 205/45 is fine too although they're both slightly small. What's your offsets? The first car I ever rode in was an e30

You're right that the second number is a percentage of the first, you must have done your math wrong though.
