Best tire size for stock 14in basketweaves?

Trying to find what the best size would be for stock weaves. Want to be above 195 and below 65.

      205/60.

And don't get Falken 512's. They're undersized, and WAY smaller than most 205's. The picture in my sig is Falken 512, in 205/60.

195/65/14 is the correct size but 205/60 is definitely a nice fit.

Shopping for the same thing myself and am debating between 195/65 Falken 912s and those 205/60 Federal 595s. I have dedicated winter tires, and the car is just a daily driver with occasional spirited use. Thoughts on those two in comparison to one another?

I went 205/60 on the front and a slightly wider sidewall for the rear.

I ran 205/60s. They are a great fit for an e30.

Not trying to threadjack, but rather further the discussion:
autocross season is fast approaching, and I am looking for new summer tires for my 14" weaves. What's a good tire to daily/autocross?
I see wildly differing reviews on the federals, but there aren't a while lot of options for summer high performance in the right size.

                        Doesn't Falken make a 195/60 615k?

I think I'd rather see a "professional" review and/or comparison of other similarly oriented tires rather than a bunch of random internet people with reviews that reside on both extreme sides of the spectrum.

                              Says the random internet person.

                              Couldn't help it ;-)

When I had 14" I ran 205/60 and was very happy considering it was still a DD. I didn't have the hack/saw/dodge/sweat/melt/burn/stretch/bend or any of the other words associated with toss none stock tire sizes on an E30. Eventually I picked up a set of light 15" wheels for track reasons, and because 14" tires are becoming harder and harder to find in the categories that E30 drivers desire.
