Need help with wheel ID

Hey guy's does anyone know who makes these wheels ? Also , any idea where to get a socket to take these lug bolts off ? We just bought this car to race in the chump car series , and want to get the wheels off so I can sell or trade them for oem wheels ... Thanks in advance ..

np, you can probably find a good deal elsewhere or maybe just the socket. that was one of the top links when I google for "Spline lug".

I just got back from auto Zone , but they didn't have anything . Going to try one of the tire places here in a few ....
