HANKOOK VENTUS V12 EVO K110 Did you like them?

reason why I ask is my Ti needs some new shoes and they are closeouts. Thinking I can't go wrong at the asking price. At 80 a pop and with a 80 gift certificate it's a free tire and was even considering getting some ASA AR1's in 16x7 at $69 each mounted for it.

$520 is cheap for new wheels all the way around.

      No experience but...

My gut tells me that a Hankook tire can't be that bad. If they were some kind of Asain no name Ling Long tire then I'd say probably not worth it, but for essentially free tires, I don't see you having buyers remorse with a Hankook.

Personally i hate them the side wall is super soft, turn in is slow, feed back is lame at best. Wear well they wear out quicker then they should. Never driven them in wet but im guessing its poor as well. Im the odd one of the bunch though i know alot of people that love them.....but then again they have probably never driven a good tire. All in all if your getting them super cheap and dont have super high expectations they will do fine.

just thinking for three seasons it sounds good, I use dedicated winters so winter grip is not an issue.

Good: Dry traction, wet traction, treadwear, noise, ride, price, symmetrical.
            Bad: Handling, steering precision.

Had a bunch of sets of these and driven them on at least a dozen platforms at this point. Great for the money as a daily tire but slowly aging and overall not that much fun.

i have them on my M3 and like them. For every day use they are good imo....but if you track your car def not the proper tire.

They are for to and from work basically just cheap tires for her daily. Shopping on a budget and since the ASA AR1's are close out in 16x7 I figured why not.

He them briefly on my e92 m3
                  They sucked
                  Super soft
                  No steering feel
And they flex too much in corners
I sold them after only 500 miles

Put about 15k on a set on my former Z3M Coupe--obviously not a replacement for autocross grade tires which I usually prefer, but not too bad either. Wear was acceptable but the sidewalls were soft.

I can deal with soft sidewalls, Horse and Buggy trails of the late 1800's are better than some of our roads here in the North East. I don't understand where that mythical gas tax goes but it surely does not go where it's intended, ie road infrastucture.

Ti has Bilstein PSS9's on it so I can dial in some fun when needed.

I got them for my daily E46 330xi. Seems hard to beat for the money. I have driven them in rain and seems fine to me.

S-drives are a better tire for the sameish money.

Had them on my 03 Acura TL-S with suspension upgrades. Great wet/dry grip, decent wear, great value, pretty quiet. But like people have said the sidewalls are a bit soft so turn in isnt great. I would still recommend since they were a great value, but not for track or autox use.
