    Stock 14" weaves easiest/cheapest way??

So i picked up some free 14" weaves from craigslist a few of them have pretty nasty curb rash. i've already started trying to clean up the curb rash with a dremel, I'm wondering what the easiest cheapest way would be to make them look good on a schwarz diving board car with chrome trim. I would like to keep them silver but i feel like it will be much harder to hide the curb rash, i like the idea of black but i want the wheels to be noticeable not blend in with the tires...

I was thinking of doing the following, After i install the new tires onto the wheels

filling/sanding the curb rash with some type of filler, self etching primer, either wheel paint or plastidip not sure what color not sure about the curb rash need some opinions. i've never painted wheels before

I'd do the filling and sanding/primer before the wheels went on the car, just from personal experience. Don't have to worry about overspray on the tires.

there is a guy on bimmerforum that has a whole diy on fixing curb rash on rims with body filler and then painted them. i would just make sure that the rim isnt bent or anything like that.

well by eye balling the rims they do not look bent.. but the rash is pretty decent on a 2 of the wheels... i figured i would fill the wheels once the new tires were put on due to the fact that i don't know how well body filler or rash repair filler will hold up to a tire mounting machine and would hate to have to redo it

Heres a couple pics of the wheels the first picture is Before i started with the dremel.. the rest of the pics are after trying to clean some of the curb rash up with the dremel

the guy that gave me the wheels told me a woman drove the bmw that they came off of... i was assuming a woman or an asian and obviously i was right lol

          After dremel 1st wheel

          after dremel 2nd wheel

The lip edge is pretty thrashed up on these 2 wheels but i got them for free and would like to make them look as good as possible for the least amount of money.. obviously i don't expect them to look brand new and perfect.. maybe all black plastidip is the way to go??
