diamond racing steelies, lug centric and offset?

ok so I am buying wheels for my early model that will give me a great look on a budget and these fit perfect. first the car profile it on coilovers, rear is a 4inch hyperco spring, raceland adjuster, and a bilstein shock, and the front is on shortened gc style setup.

Goals: get a decent low look on a budget, I want a race car/rat vibe so the steelies will work perfect I think.

question 1: I know the wheels are lug centric but how does that pertain to me? I am going to do a stud conversion on my car from motorsports hardware. is that what I need to do? when you order from them they give you two nut options I think its conical and something else, which one should I get?

Question 2, I know I want to go with a 15in wheel with a 50 sidewall tire, what I don't know is what size to get an offset, id like to run a 10in wheel in the back but don't know what offset and tire size to run. I dnt want a super crazy stretch but I don't mind some stretch. in the front I was thinking an 8 inch rim but if I can fit a 10 I would deff go that way. so any ideas?

Question 3, from the time of order how long does it take for them to arrive?

Any help will be much appreciated! also if your near pa with diamond steelies lmk I might be interested!

    thanks,
    chris

Buy a used set, new sets are overpriced and take at least a month to ship. Most everybody I have heard that gets them gets something else pretty quick, that means you can pick up a used set that's already properly sized w/tires fairly cheap and easy. Just my 2cents
