    Potenza S-03 Pole Position

Anyone have comments? I was looking to get a set of 205-55/15s for my euroweaves once the Goodyears wear out.

Price is steep but a friend of mine says he can get em dirt cheap [dealership]

They gave up a bit of dry traction for wayyyy better wet traction, and treadwear. Seems worth it.

Looks like my dad may try them out before i get a chance. My Goodyears have another 10 to 15k on them [which is sweet] but his SP Sport 8000's are about gone. 225/50-15's for the m3

I actually know something about this, scary enough.

S2000's came with special S-02's, custom made by Bridgestone specifically for the S2000. It's widely known that the rear 225/50/16 S-02 that came on S2000's was really a 245/45/16 sized tire, and the tires also have more narrow rain channels than standard S-02's.

Also, the S-02, S-02 S2000 edition, and S-02 Pole Position are all different tires. There is only one S-03.

Sport 8000s were great. A little dated now but are good tires.

SO2s came in many different sizes. I had a set on my E36 and loved them. Drove many 911s with SO2s and SO3s and perferd the SO2s. Just my .02
