255 rear

Hi, can anyone confirm if a 255x40-16 on a 9.5" ET20 rim will fit under rolled pre rear fenders?

Im ok with rolling my fenders and some pulling, but i would like to avoid having to mess with the bodywork any further.

I need as much rubber as possible in the back. Thanks.
