I've been using www.discounttiredirect.com for years and am still very satisfied with their pricing and service.

DiscountTire is great like MR 325 said. I have used them a few times with success.

TireRack can also have awesome prices.

Believe it or not, Amazon has tires too, and if you have Prime you can get 2-day shipping! Just be sure to check prices because sometimes it actually ends up costing more there, but there are a few that are cheaper as well. It depends on the the tire, and what you are looking for.

I have probably bought 10 sets of tires from one of the Discount Tire stores in my area. I have been happy with them. I havent found a place that can beat them on price. And if you go in and they quote you a price, they will negotiate if you haggle with them a little bit. Their prices on tires they have in stock are always a little better. Rotate and balance for free. The downside is, even if you setup an appointment, you do have to wait a while to get the tires changed. It seems they are always busy and people just walk in and then screw up all the appointments. You also have to suffer through them trying to upsell you on wheels, replacement certificates, etc... Not sure if they have Discount Tire stores in seattle, but I think they operate under a different name in some areas. Tire Kingdom is different, I think, but you might have luck with them. Of course, you might have luck just going to one of the local, non-chain type places and see what they can do.

Usually for what I'm looking for TireRack is the cheapest. They are also quick and will ship straight to the shop that I have mount them if need be.

Onlinetires.com - Federals (very good cheap tires) are insanely cheap there all day. Make sure you call and ask for stock status before ordering.
