    what spacers for 16x7 e39's?

    they are from a 2002 530i.

i couldnt find it in the search! i remember seeing a thread about offsets of the different years but yeah couldnt find it...shoot i'm thinking it was in the 5 speed conversion forum.

all of this would assume that i had 5 lug conversion done...

Depends on what suspension bits you use for the conversion.

Why would you want to run those wheels though, they're hardly anything special.

e39 wheels will stick out past the fender. Search e30tech for Style-5s.

        Liar.

Those wheels are 16x7 ET20. That is on the spot perfect for an E30 that used M3 parts for the swap. To the original poster, you wouldn't need anything but centering rings to use those wheels.

Even the Style 5's are 17x8 ET20. Those will fit under E30 bodywork.

I know they fit, but they look sorta goofy because you can't slam the hell out of the car. Of course you could roll the fenders for a while, and then it would look fine.

cool, i was just wondering because i found them locally for $250. yeah would need an m3 conversion, but i've been eyeing jordans m roadster rear conversion... badass.

anyways, do the OEM m parallels fit with the m3 5 lug swap and rolled fenders with h&r sport springs?

like that, but local so i can cheap out on shipping.

i wanted to confirm my #'s?

              OEM m parallels Part #36-11-2-229-640.

they are 18x8 front with 20mm offset and 18x9.5 rear with 24mm offset?

this means that perhaps the front cant be used with the m3 5 lug and the e36 disc/caliper because that is what jordan has and he has 29mm offset after you factor in the SBI spacer (41mm to begin with).

18x8 ET20 M Parrallels (the front fitment) will work all around. Don't even bother trying for the rear fitment, they will stick out quite a bit.
