Look like Prime's. If there old, made in USA, good cheap wheel for the street.
Strip the clear and polish em up.

I beat the crap out of a set of 15x8 Primes on an Escort for 15 yrs.

Totaled the Escort, kept the wheels, been on another Escort 8yrs now, bare polished alluminum still buffs up like mirror, run true.

They are made in China now, quality has probably suffered.
