E30 bottlecap rim question?!

Ok, this might be a really noob question but please no negative remarks! Anyways I have an old set of bottlecaps that are just sitting around collecting dust. While just looking through some photos online I stumbled across this and thought it was a really awesome idea! I was just wondering if this is actually possible with mine or do I have to custom order them from somewhere? And if it is possible, maybe provide some info on who to talk to or what it would take to get something like this done. Any info will help! Thanks!

they look like a 3 piece that only reuses the bottlecap center, and it looks like the new wheels are stepped up to at least 15 or 16". a good machine shop might be able to do the work, but you would need barrels, lips, and hardware that were all size compatible. not worth it in my opinion, but still pretty cool

These would be amazing. I wonder what the cost would be to do such a thing. Also, I wonder how much interest would be necessary to get ESM to make some bottlecap replicas in a bigger size.
