wheel bolts vs studs: konig flatout

I will be buying a set of konig flatout wheels in 15X8, +25mm offset. Comes with skinny lug nuts for free. Obviously I would need to convert to wheel studs for those. But could I retain the OEM wheel bolts, or would the bolt holes be too skinny? If studs, which type/size should I get? Dumb question, can the studs be installed from the outboard side? I seem to recall that last time I replaced studs on a 1968 falcon, I had to pull the hubs to swage in the studs from the back side. All advice would be appreciated. BTW I'll also need aluminum hubcentric rings.

Studs for the E30 don't press in to the hub like an American car would.

Motorsport Hardware (Ryan) is the go-to guy for anything stud, spacer, or ring related.

I agree with this as well. He can help you figure out what length you need in relation to what look you want/wheel offset... like longer studs for that real race look. But give him a call, you won't be disappointed. Basically you put some locktite on the stud and screw it into the hub with an allen.

I assume the reason for the 'tuner' lugs is due to the seat on the wheel where the lugnut will mate. You'll likely want to order a set of Motorsport Hardware studs. If not the seat, it is because there is not enough space in the wheel for a lugnut + tool for removal.
