tire size for 17x17.5

They'll fit, but it's going to look like you have rubber bands on your wheels.

They'll work. If you are really low it wont look bad. 4x4 + low-profile is silly though

bilstein sport/h&r sport. giving 1.3" drop ..i dont consider that "really low" 215's here i come..

ryno, a 215 looks great on a 7" IMO. You may wanna see if 225's are an option.
