What kind of tires should I get?

Ok so I have a 87 325is with basketweaves. 14", not really planning on changing them but I do want to lose my 4x4 status. I plan on lowering it with H&R bilstein combo but I also want to get new tires. I have 195/70/r14 balloon tires and I want a good summer tire. In the winter I plan on going back to the snow tires. Those are 175's... No!

You can get those Falken's in the proper stock 195/65/14 size for $70 each with free shipping. Some people also do 195/60/14 which gives you a couple more options. I buy all of my tires at www.discounttiredirect.com check it out.

Best 14" summer tire still available in my opinion is the 205/60/14 Federal 595 (sometimes called SS-595). Silly cheap too.

The new Falken 612 is a great choice also (albeit in 195/65), but not quite as good in the dry as the 595.
