225/50R15 What are my options?

I have been running 225/50R15 Falken 912's for the last 8 years. I'm on my second set and it's getting down to the wear bars.

What are my options in this size? Everyone is sold out of the Falkens.
All I find are drag tires in that size.

Is there ay other size that would be close but still work?

A lot of people are going with a 205/55/15 which maintains the same overall height and offers a few more tires.

Otherwise you have to go with a tire that's undersized like a 205/50 or 225/45.

I'm in the same boat. There is a Kuhmo Ecsta AST in 225 50 15 that is still being advertised. I wonder if the falkens will be back in stock soon ?
