Help! 14" bbs mahle fitment issue

Seeking knowledge from fellow e30 bros: I bought these bbs mahle on ebay knowing that the fitment on my e30 would be questionable. I have an 89 325i with unrolled fenders.

Here are the specs: 14x6 bbs mahle et13 from an e21 (I think)

Does anyone have knowledge on how to make this wheel fit??

I knew that the offset would push the tires close to the fender lip. I now also know that the mounted wheel does not clear the front brake caliper. I know its been done before. For example:

Help guys, does anyone know what size spacers I need?

Get some 12mm spacers all around with wheel studs or longer lug bolts.
I'm 16x8 +3 after spacers so I cannot possibly imagine a 14x6 +1 will have issues.

edit: Issues fender clearance wise.

Okay there's one vote for ordering 12mm spaces and trying them out. Thanks for your input. Anyone else out there with some knowledge one this?

Nobody can give you spacer advice without knowing how much spacer you need to clear the caliper.

You need to measure how much is needed. Get the smallest spacer you can run.

That's true. I tried to shim the wheel and do a measurement, but it wasn't easy to tell. What I'm going to have to do is put studs on, and then put washers on and then the wheel and measure. I think.

I was hoping someone had this problem in the past with the same wheel, but no such luck i guess. Thanks for the replies.
