Will 17x7 +40 offset fit

The wheels im looking at are Kosei zokus. They are 17x7 square setup, tires are 225/45/17. with my fenders rolled or even with flares will they fit without spacers or will they require spacers, if so, what size spacers. will they clear the brake calipers being +40 offset?

Those tires are way too tall and you will need a 20mm spacer for them to look half way decent. I am running a 17x7.5 up front et41 with a 25mm adapter. Also running 215/40/17

E30bulldog, the tire specs are actually 205/40. im not sure if that will clear stock calipers but do you think they will fit without spacers considering i gave you wrong tire specs before.

They will not fit without spacers. The rear "might" but it will look ridiculous.

205/40 works but is undersized. 215/40 would be best. For spacers I'd recommend a minimum of 15mm all around.
