XXR 530 17x8.25 et25

Hello r3v members.
I have been in the market for new tires and rims. I have been doing a shit ton of research on what tire size I should be running. The rims that I am picking up are the XXR 530 17x8.25 with a et25. most likely the I am getting are the Pilot Sport A/S 3. I can not decided on weither to get 245/45r17, 235/45r17, 245/40r17. I am also getting gc coil overs. I cant decided on what tire size will fit the best. If it is possible i would rather not have to roll my fenders but will if i have too.
And please do not say use the search button because I have been looking everywhere and I can not get a clear answer.

You will probably need to roll your fenders, don't even consider anything with a 45 series sidewall, way too big. You will also need a spacer in the front to clear the strut

It will have to be an aggressive roll as well, 245 front on e30 is a tight fit.
