Will I need spacers?

Not sure if this is the right subforum to put it in, sorry if it isn't. I want to get new wheels for my car and I was wondering if I'll need spacers up front. The wheel are 16x9 with +15mm offset and a 4 inch lip. Are spacers and a fender roll necessary?

First of all, completely wrong section.

Roll is necessary for front and rear depending on what tire size you run. The front will need a 3-5mm spacer to clear the strut housings.

Usually when asking tire/wheel fitment questions you'd want to mention the tire size.

I can pretty much guarantee you'll need a roll when using a 9 inch wide wheel with a low offset though.
