    Factory Custom Wheel color options

i have the 1992 BMW Dealer accessory catalog and I've been staring at this page for a long time and i was thinking. Why haven't i seen very many of these throughout the 5+ years I've been lurking here on R3v?

Who has these or has any information they could share regarding these?

Black basketweaves came on the black appearance package convertibles as well. Not sure what gold came on, prob. just a rare add on option.

I've seen them all, in person. I know they were most commonly found on M-Tech and fully optioned verts.

I had a set of the white ones on my last e30 (not a vert so had to be swapped out) but let me just say, they were a pain to keep clean.

I've got a set of the black ones for my black M-Tech. It's the only black set I've seen in person.
Drive it hard. Maintain it well.

This!! I put my verts white basketweaves on the coupe (daily), man do they look nice on the car cleaned but at the end of the day there covered in break dust again, making the white look grey.

Pretty sure mine had years of not being cleaned caked on and were stained an off white so no matter how much time I spent cleaning they never got back to being perfect.
