    16x7 et20 (e39?) Style 5

    Hey guys,

About to pull the trigger on what I believe is quite a rare set of a stock e39 Style 5s in 16x7 with an et20 offset in 5x120.

Also purchasing these with Style 42 5x100 to 4x100 18mm adapters.

    Few questions:
    - What are the Style 42 adapters like in build quality?
    - What will fitment be like on a series 2?
    - Are these as rare as I believe they are?
    - Does anyone have pictures of this or a similar setup?
    - Will there be much fender poke in the front?

Offer on the table is $800 AUD (~$625 USD) for the lot (adapters are brand new and wheels have minimal rash and look clean, includes center caps). Thoughts on price?

    Thanks!

If you mean 42 Draft Designs adapters, the folks I know who have/use them are impressed. You may need to pull your front fenders to minimize the poke look; that's subjective on what you're going for though.

Sounds like a good deal if the wheels are all round and true.

I found one pic from a buddy's build thread. It's E38 Style 5s on GC coilovers but off the ground.

Yeah, sorry - 42 draft designs.

I think the above are 16x8 style 5s? Seen any 16x7 style 5s?
