I come from the E36 world, but really have fallen in love with E30s after getting a 91 318is last fall.
I have a spare set of staggered DS2s sitting around I'm wondering if they'll fit after a 5 lug conversion in the stock fender wells? I don't mind cutting and flaring (a long time ago, I ran 315s in the back an old E36 M3 I had with some flares I made), but would just like to do this one without any of that for now.
I have run these before on a 318ti, and it was fine, but I'm new to the E30s and don't know what kind of clearance we have back there. I'm more a meat over "stance" kind of guy, so I'd ideally like to run 245/40/17s on the back if they'll fit.
