Need help on 3 piece wheels

Hey guys I am wondering if I can simple take the bolts out from the back of my wheels one at a time put it on the front re-torque with out having to reseal the tire. They only reason im messing with it is because my brakes wont clear and that extra 5mm will help.

Edit: Ive tried calling/email rotiform and they like went out of business or something the phone just rings off the hook ive tried 10ish times

The more and more im looking at it all of the pictures ive seen they are bolted from the back. Im not sure they designed to have it reversed. The SJC's that have the bolts on the front are bolts thru the lips first. As in the center section is now on the back. Damn I wish rotiform would answer their damn phone!!

The bolts come in from the back because the center section is threaded, if you run the bolts from the front you will need longer bolts so you will have enough thread to put a nut on the back side (I doubt this will gain you any clearance)
