Aluminum Refinishing - BBS RS

Can anyone shine a light on how to take corrosion off the aluminum lips of my RS's and polish them up? (Tools, polishes, technique, ect..)

Thinking of using steel wool, tried it on a portion already. Doing this by hand will take far too long..
