    need wheels

i need some fairly wide wheels. prefer not larger than 15's. something for the track so it doesnt matter if they are ugly, they'll just get spraypainted and brakedusted to hell.

suggest me some wheels plzkthnx. 15x8's would be awesome, but i have a feeling those would be hard to find. cheaper is always better too but whatever.

Seems like a set of Kosei K1's would do the trick. They pop up used from time to time, but i think they are discontinued. I believe they make them in 15x8 and they are pretty light. Look into them.

that is my first choice, but being discontinued they are hard to get a hold of now. k1's were cheap as well.

      i need other options.

There's another company that might be worth looking into...i think they were called team dynamics...they had some lighter inexpensive wheels for the track.

Edit: The style I was thinking of was the pro race or pro race 2...i've seen them on e30's and remember people complimenting their weight and usability as a track wheel, but I'm afraid they look to narrow for your application.

I bought these 15 X 7s from Diamond Racing Wheels. They're 4X100 with 4" backspacing. The tires are Kumho 215-50-15. It's all brandy new. I need more backspacing to tuck the front wheels under the fender. I was going to buy two more wheels for the front (I have 1.25" to the strut) and run 'em. I decided to keep the 14s. I don't want to Saw-Zall the fenders.
Statically balanced so there are no weights on the outside. Asking $500. Located in upstate NY.

914driver, those diamond racing wheels, do they come with the correct centerbore diameter? Or are they not hubcentric? Any vibration issues?

As time went on, the factory developed the car each year, making it faster, more comfortable, and capable of handling at higher speeds.

lugcentric. With the proper backspacing they would be perfect for the track. 15x8 for like $60.

Contact 18 racing for the Rota group buy. 15x8 Slipstreams, 4/$525, as long as you're not in a big hurry. There are some unclaimed sets, because of cancellations due to delays. The wheels are supposed to be ready by October.

Ronal LS's are 15x7.5, no spacers needed. I also like the way they look.
