When they first came out in 98-99, they were offered with center caps.

Since most guys bought them as "track wheels", it wasn't a popular option

No but I am liking how they look and will likely get them this summer.

What really happened is that my father in law right down the street just got brand new CNC mill and lathe stations and I am constantly thinking of things to make with them :D
They are about 1/2 scale to normal mills and lathes, and very good quality, Wabeco.
