    15 x 8 et 20..who runs that?..

I just want to ask y all a few questions on your fit issues, if any.

i just played w/ my 15/7 et 25 on a 225/50 and used some spacers...18mm worth.......Ill def need a roll at least. I didn't do the frts yet.

15/7 et 25 vs 15/8 et 20 is about 18mm more in the "outward" direction. 5 mm of offset plus around 12.7 mm on each side( inner and outer).....about 8 mm more inward.( 12.7 -5)

Im not even aware what issues may be on the inboard side?.......like hitting the strut housing?

how is your set up fitting?

I'm running 15x8 et 20 with 225/45 rivals. I had to do 8mm (i think) spacer in the front to clear my megan coilovers. And I had a 5mm spacer I threw on the back. I rolled the rear fenders but ran for over a year not rolled with minor rubbing. The front I left alone haven't rolled I only have minor rubbing at full lock because of the M3 cabs. Hope that helps ask more if you need.

I run 225/50 on 15 X 7.5 ET25 Ronals . The tire is pretty close to the strut housing and a "wide" 225/50 can touch the housing with these wheels.

No spacers, no rolling, no rubbing. Fairly tight all around in the front, plenty of room in the rear. H&R race springs.

I put the spacer in the rear cause i had it, no reason but that. I try to get some pics. I don't have anything the really shows tire fitment.

my understanding is that 15x8 et20 would be a perfect fit with 225/45/15, no spacers necessary.
i'm fine with rolling/pulling fenders, maybe i need to go more like et15?

                      look good....

due to the shortness of a 225/45 vs 50, Id need to shift a lot more on certain tracks.......that would suck.

Perfect, thanks for the input. :)
I'll have a similar set up, but with Konis and H&R races.

how big of a difference would it really make?

Just make sure to request stick on weights as opposed to clip on weights when getting the wheels balanced. There is minimal clearance between the strut housing and the wheel. My clip on weight would hit the strut housing under hard turns. Stick on weights solved this issue completely.
