    Bfg at t/a ko

hey guys. im new to r3v and ive been using this site as a resource since i got my vert late last year. i wanted to post up pictures of the rubber set up ive been running. if youre in thte fb group, you mightve seen it. the second picture shows the clearance between the rear of the front driver tire and the inner fenderwell at full lock.

tire size is 195/75-14, and if you ask why, i ask why not. the car is LSD equipped so taking turns on these at high speeds produces a nice low moan instead of the usual high pitched squeal.

That's a function of the tires' tread pattern, not the LSD.

    Also, irony:

i think those would look dope on an e30. as long as the tires arent too big youd be fine.

also true, but i think the LSD aids in making noise from both tires instead of just the inner or outer.

yeah, but i think those vw snowflakes would look dope with some bfg a/t's

stock springs and blown front struts, yeah. but i think next month i might invest in a set of vogtlands or h&r's for a ~2inch drop. looking around in the fenderwells front and rear and i dont think there will be any interference with anything.

i found a set of strut inserts, shocks, and springs f/r for about $350 shipped. i was gonna start a thread and ask if anybody had any experience with them.

          opinions?
