Help oz futura

Hi guys so I need some help with rims
I'm planning on buying some 17 in oz futura rims for my e30 an wanted to know if it's possible to put a 3.5 to 4 inch lip an if so where's the best place to get it done as far as quality also buy any chance does anyone have pics or know where I can find of an e30 with 4in lips thanks
